Intended policy after review
Katteke intends to consider:
- the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0) for original public prose; and
- the Apache License, Version 2.0 (Apache-2.0) for original public machine-readable specifications, schemas, and code examples.
Those licenses may be adopted only after a recorded licensing and legal review approved by Rei. Adoption requires an explicit decision, updated repository notices, and a clear effective date. Until all of those steps occur, the intended policy is planning material and grants nothing.

Exclusions
Third-party material retains its own license and attribution. A future Katteke license would not grant rights to Katteke names, logos, or trademarks; personal data; material marked confidential or excluded; or content for which Katteke does not hold the necessary rights.
Repository code and assets outside docs-site/ keep their existing terms unless their own license says otherwise.
