Reports create a predictable record of what changed, why it mattered, what evidence supports the result, and what remains at risk. Rei reviews and approves each public report as Founder & CEO.
No report is published merely by summarizing activity. Claims must be checked against version history, decisions, releases, tests, incidents, and measured outcomes. Private working conversations are source material for review, never public report content.
Publication windows
- Monthly operating and technical report: target the seventh day of the following month.
- Quarterly portfolio and risk synthesis: target publication within 30 days of quarter end.
- Annual founder report: target 31 January for the preceding year.
These are operational and technical reports, not audited financial statements or investor earnings reports. No historical report is fabricated to fill an empty period.
